Go ahead. Get ahead.
DOZŌ・どうぞ・"please, go ahead." A ready-to-run, hardened AI appliance for your home or small business — named for the dozō (土蔵), the thick-walled, fireproof storehouse where a Japanese household kept what mattered most, on its own grounds.
Whose computer are your files on?
Every AI tool you paste something into answers that question one of two ways. Cloud tools send your prompts and documents to someone else's servers, under retention and training policies you don't control, with no log you can actually produce later. For a covered business, that isn't a habit — it's an exposure. Dozo Box processes them on a box you own.
Five systems, already broken in.
Every edition ships with the same five systems. This router runs in production today — it is not a roadmap item.
The Router
Every request routes by sensitivity. The local lane (default) runs open models on the box, so private data never leaves. The Claude lane reaches frontier reasoning when the job needs it, under your policy. The cloud lane handles general tasks. You set the rules once; the box enforces them everywhere.
The Guards
Prompt-injection hardening, reply-loop guards, and reboot-proof services — plus the test suite that gates every release. Roughly two hundred hours of hardening you don't have to spend yourself.
The Ledger
Every prompt, retrieval, and reply is written to an auditable log on your hardware — the record you can actually produce later, for an E&O questionnaire, a regulator, or your own review.
The Co-Pilot
Pairs with your phone line, personal or business. People you know get a drafted reply you approve before it sends; new numbers get safe, consented intake instead of silence; robotexts and one-time passcodes are ignored. Consent-aware and fully logged.
The Observer
Continuous awareness of what is happening on the box without autonomous action — the safety posture that makes the rest of it deployable in a regulated shop.
One box. Three editions.
Editions change what is preloaded on top. More verticals will follow the same pattern — a preloaded operating layer on the same trusted box.
Dozō Home
The family storehouse.

Dozō Business
